I’ve had to really change my perspective about “goal setting”. Having a chronic illness and really accepting that reality brings the realization that goals are often unrealistic, bad for mental health and totally out of reach for me. My capacity to do, well, anything changes daily. Ok, honestly, it changes hourly😃
I'm so impressed with what you have accomplished despite your challenges. Your victory lies with your awareness and adjustment. You have an understanding and perspective others don't, but sharing it like this helps me, at a minimum, widen my understanding as well. Thanks for your POV. I've always appreciated it.
If that's the secret ingredient, I'm all for it. Something tells me our bodies may process "exercise" a little differently than when we applied this to our hard work... <AHEM>... back then.

I say we start waking up to eat pancakes (aka exercise) at 5 am
